Refund policy

All Pulse of Gaia 2026 tickets are non-refundable once purchased. In the event of event cancellation or date change initiated by the organiser, full refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Partial changes (e.g. one act dropping) do not qualify for a refund under standard purchase conditions.

Transfer rules

Each ticket allows one transfer of ownership. Transfers must be completed through the original vendor platform — Ticketmaster Italia or Vivaticket — before 48 hours prior to the event date. The receiving party will require a verified account on the platform.

Important note

Tickets transferred outside the official platforms (e.g. sold as screenshots, PDFs, or via secondary marketplaces) may be invalidated at the gate. The pulse only recognises tickets verified by the original vendor system.

Recovery

All tickets are stored digitally in your vendor account. Log in to Ticketmaster Italia or Vivaticket with the email used at purchase to access and re-download your tickets. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact vendor support directly with your order reference number.

On the day

Festival gates accept both digital (QR code on phone) and printed tickets. If you arrive without a ticket, the gate team cannot admit you based on verbal reference alone — no signal, no gate.

Age policy

The festival is open to all ages. Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who holds a valid ticket. Under-18s attending without a parent or guardian must carry written consent from their parent or guardian, available to show at the gate on request.

Pre-party & after-party

The Zamna pre-party and afterparty events at Iren Green Park are restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID will be required at the Iren Green Park entrance — this applies to Pit Red Energy ticket holders who receive access as part of their tier.

Arena access

RCF Arena is fully accessible: step-free routes from every gate, elevated viewing platforms directly in front of the main stage, sensory-aware quiet rooms near every gate, accessible restrooms throughout the site, and reserved parking bays at Gates A and D.

Companion tickets

Accessible tickets are the same price as standard, with a reserved elevated platform spot. A companion ticket is available free of charge with proof of disability (ISEE/ETC document or equivalent).
